- Growth metrics so far: We continue to grow by referrals (word of mouth) and direct outreach. We’ve done zero advertising or paid marketing. Without putting in any effort in outreach, we grow around 5-7% per week alone. With direct outreach efforts, we grow about 8-10% per week. And when people find us, they tend to stick around (and read the whole newsletter).
